SZS series gas-fired (oil-fired) steam boiler
SZS series boiler is designed with longitudinal double drums and " D " type chamber structure. Furnace is placed on the right and convection tube bank is on the left, super heater is arranged at convection tube bank. The body is fixed on the basement by middle and both end flexible supports and make the boiler expand horizontally sideways. Around the furnace is membrane water cooling tube wall. Furnace and tube bank are totally separated by the membrane water tube cooling wall at the left side of the furnace.

DHL series biomass-fired steam boiler
DHL corner tube boiler is field assembled boiler, it uses a piping system as the frame of the entire boiler, and it bears the full load of the boiler, which makes a non-framework boiler. At the same time, this frame also serves as the down comer of the boiler and upper and lower headers. The boiler drum is an external type drum, the furnace is a fully enclosed membrane wall structure, the convective heat absorbing surface adopts the flag tube structure.

CFB (circulating fluidized bed) coal fired steam boiler
As a new mature high-efficiency and low-pollution clean coal technology, circulating fluidized bed combustion (CFBC) technology has many advantages that other combustion methods do not have. Circulating fluidized bed combustion is low-temperature combustion, so the NOx emission is much lower than that of pulverized coal furnace, only 200ppm. CFBC can desulfurize directly during the combustion process, and the desulfurization efficiency is high.

RYQ series molten salt heater
Molten salt heaters use molten potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite as heating media. Molten salt heater will heat the powder salt over the melting point until the viscosity of the molten salt allows circulating pump works, after the whole system is under circulating condition, then feed then into the thermal oil heater for further circulating rising temperature to make it to be recycling used. Normal media working temperature is 400-550℃, top working temperature could reach 600℃.

Burning wood and other biological materials for energy emits as much or more pollution than burning fossil fuels, including coal. Emissions are function of the fuel type, combustion temperature, and pollution controls, but in PFPI’s analysis of air pollution permits in 7 states we have found that biomass burners are always more polluting than natural gas and are similar to coal
